We’re foraging for wild greens in the woodlands along the creek. Chickweed, miner’s lettuce, lambs quarter, and winter cress abound. The stinging nettles are just coming in. We’ve decided to showcase wild forage on our new Forager’s Pizza Special in a celebration of the seasons—look for fun new combos that feature what we’re finding next.
