Owners Dave and Cassie Van Domelen run a small farm in collaboration with the Market & Food operation, raising livestock, cultivating produce and orchard fruits, and gathering wild forage on their creek-cut pasture and woodlands just a couple miles from the Market. Organic food waste from the food service goes back to the farm.
